Support for 1 G speed on 20xSFP FPC (QFX5700, QFX5700E)—You can utilize the 20xSFP FPC, which supports 1 G, 10 G, 25 G, and 50 G speeds, for flexible network configurations. By default, 25 G speed is active, allowing ports to go online automatically with QSFP28 optics or DAC. To use 1 G speed, you must explicitly configure the interfaces using set interfaces et-0/0/x speed 1g when connecting 1 G SFP optics. This feature enhances your ability to tailor network speeds to specific requirements. See Port Speed on QFX Series Switches.
