Description
Configure the keepalive interval for an L2TP tunnel.
Options
seconds—Time
period that must elapse before the Junos OS checks the status of the
Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) session by sending an echo request to
the peer.
For L2TP on MX Series routers, the minimum recommended interval is 30 seconds. A value of 0 disables generation of keepalive messages from the LNS.
Range: 0 through 32,767 seconds
Default: 30 seconds
