문제 해결 API를 사용하여 외부 포털에서 디바이스 및 사이트 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다.

문제를 해결할 수 있는 디바이스로는 클라이언트(유선 및 무선), 액세스 포인트(AP), 스위치 및 WAN Edge가 있습니다. 또한 API를 사용하여 사이트에서 유선, 무선 및 WAN 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다.

Marvis API를 사용하려면 다음이 필요합니다.

  • 유효한 옵저버 API 토큰입니다.

  • 조직 수준에서의 Marvis 구독.

  • 디바이스의 MAC 주소(디바이스 문제를 해결하려는 경우)

  • 사이트 ID 또는 사이트 이름(사이트 문제를 해결하려는 경우)

  • 디바이스 문제 해결 방법:

    GET /api/v1/orgs/:org_id/troubleshoot?mac=:device_mac

    디바이스의 호스트 이름이나 사용자 이름을 알고 있는 경우 검색 API(/clients/search 또는 /devices/search)를 사용하여 MAC 주소를 가져옵니다.

    또한 특정 사이트의 디바이스에 대한 문제 해결 응답을 가져오려는 경우에도 옵션을 포함 site_id 할 수 있습니다. 특정 기간 동안 문제 해결 응답을 원할 경우 및 end 옵션을 포함 start 합니다.

  • 사이트 문제를 해결하려면:
